Earning Statements with Earning Lines from External Systems
After the Process earning lines from external systems batch job is run, earnings statements for workers are created with the earning lines from external systems that are displayed on the Earnings statement lines tab on the Earnings statement page (Payroll > Earnings statements > All earnings statements, select the required Earning statement record for a worker).
On the Earnings statement page of a worker, for an earning line from an external system, the Line details section displays the following values in the Source and External system identifier fields.

Notes:

Users with the Payroll administrator or System administrator role in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, can edit or delete the earning lines from an external system in the Earnings statement page.

When an earning line from external system or an Earning statement containing earning lines from external system is deleted, the status of earning lines is changed to Pending in the Earning Lines From External Systems Page.
