Regulatory Process Results

You can review the result details for Regulatory batch processes (e.g., Application Data Import/Export, COD Import/Export) on the Regulatory Process Results page. This page replaces some Crystal Reports that were available in the legacy interface of Anthology Student.

The Regulatory Process Results page presents two grids. The top grid contains high-level batch information that enables you to locate a specific batch you need to review. When you select a batch ID in the top grid, the batch details, i.e., reports, are displayed in the bottom grid. There are numerous columns so you can scroll to the right and set filters if you are only looking for specific data. You can export the reports to Excel using the export button (Export button) on the grid toolbar.

The permissions for the Regulatory Process Results page are tied to the process authorization. For example, if user A has access to the COD Export process, user A will be able to see the process results for COD Export. If user B is restricted to ISIR processing and doesn’t have access to COD Export, user B would not be able to see process results for COD Export.
