Discard Chat Session Details - To trash the contents of a chat session by not saving the contents as an Interaction.
If you are the owner of a chat session, an internal chat session, or a conference session, and you have the Discard Chat Session Details Permission, you can trash the contents of the session.
• During an ongoing chat session, click 
in the Message area toolbar.
- OR -
From the Chat menu, select Trash Session to discard the contents of the chat session.
The contents of the Session Over Message (defined as a Default Team Option in Talisma Business Administrator) are displayed to the participants in the session, and the session comes to an end.

Note • You can trash a Proactive chat session before the visitor accepts it. • You cannot trash a session that you do not own. |
