View Scripts - Viewing Scripts.

Talisma Phone Users can configure scripts. Scripts guide you when conversing with a Contact. The Phone Workspace displays scripts in the Scripts tab in the Reference pane. For example, your organization may host survey details at http://www.mycompany.com/survey.asp and you can refer to this URL when conducting a survey.

The Script Manager enables you to manage scripts. To open the Script Manager, select Scripts from the Edit menu in the Phone Workspace, or select Scripts from the Edit menu of the Talisma Home Workspace. The configured scripts are listed in the Scripts tab in the Reference pane.

To View a Script

1.  In the Reference pane in the Phone Workspace, click the Scripts tab.

2.  From the Name list, select a script. The contents of the script are displayed in the Message area in the Reference pane. You can refer to this script and communicate the required information to the Contact.

Note 

•   The Back button in the Scripts tab enables you to go to the previous page of the Script you are viewing. If you go back to a Script page that has merged Properties, values for these Properties are refreshed.

•   The Back button is enabled only if you have viewed a page prior to the current page.
