Accessing a Custom Application
Talisma Phone Workspace enables you to access external applications that are specific to the organization. Custom Applications can be configured from Talisma Business Administrator. The applications configured are displayed in the drop-down list in the Custom Applications tab in the Phone Workspace. For example, you might belong to a Banking call center, and may want to use a banking application. The savings bank account details can be viewed in the Custom Applications tab, enabling you to view and update details of the Contact.
If you want to access other applications, contact the Talisma Business Administrator User, who can configure the required applications.
To Access a Custom Application
1. In the Reference pane in the Phone Workspace, click the Custom Applications tab.
2. From the Name list, select an application. The application is launched in the Reference pane.
