Clearing Errors in the Outbox

Messages for which errors such as invalid e-mail addresses, mobile phone numbers, or unexpected responses from the mail server occur are displayed in the Outbox Workspace with a Send error icon, , in the Status column.

To Clear Errors in Outbox

1.  In the Outbox Workspace, select the message that has an error.

2.  From the Message menu, click Clear Error.

Click to clear the error for the message from the Outbox Workspace.

The message can be sent again or edited to update Properties such as e-mail address.

Note 

If a message has an invalid e-mail address, only Users with the required Permissions can edit the message to modify the e-mail addresses.
