You can delete a Filter you no longer require. If you delete a Filter you have copied to other Users, the Filter is deleted from your Table View or Workspace only. Other Users to whom the Filter is copied will still have access to their copies of the original Filter.

To Delete a Filter

1.  From the Edit menu, select Filters.

The Filter Manager is displayed.

2.  Select the Workspace from which you want to delete the Filter.

The Table Views associated with the selected Workspace are displayed.

3.  Select the required Table View.

The Filters created for the selected Table View are displayed.

4.  Select the required Filter and click Delete.

5.  Click Yes, to confirm the action.

Note

If you want to delete a Filter configured for a Customer Portal Tab, you must first remove the configuration of the Filter for the relevant Portal Tab, and then delete the Filter from the custom Workspace of the User created during the installation of Talisma Customer Portal. This Filter configuration is done in Talisma Business Administrator.

For more information, the Business Administrator User must see Talisma Business Administrator Help.
