Set User Options - To define and modify Options in the Options dialog box.

You can customize the tabs that are displayed for each Talisma Object. You can hide specific tabs or change the order in which tabs are displayed.

To Set Tab Views

1.  From the Tools menu, select Options.

The Options dialog box is displayed with the General tab selected.

2.  Click the Tabs tab.

3.  In the Select Object list, select an Object. Tabs of the selected object are displayed in the Show these Tabs in Object Item View list. Select the check box of a tab to display it in Desktop and Web Client. Clear the check box to hide the display of the tab.

4.  To include only visible tabs while printing or saving, select the Print and Save only visible Tabs option.

5.  Click OK.

The tabs are reordered or hidden based on your selection.

Note  •   Avoid configuring tabs with high volume of data as the first tab. This causes a marginal delay in the display of object records. •   Click Set Default to view the changed tab order as the default order for the object. The changed tab order is user-specific. •   To reorganize the order in which tabs are displayed in an Object window, select a tab, and click the Move Up or Move Down button. •   You cannot hide the Properties tab.
