Setting Your Chat Status

As a chat User, you can set your status for every Team to which you belong. To do so:

1.  From the GoTo menu, select Chat.

The Talisma Chat Workspace is displayed.

2.  From the Tools menu, select My Status.

- OR -

Click .

3.  Select one of the predefined states, which include Active, Busy, Out for Lunch, Stepped Out, and Meeting.

Talisma will route chat requests to you if your status is Active.

Note 

•   Based on your requirement, additional chat states can be defined in Talisma Business Administrator.

•   You can change your chat status even when a chat session is suspended. For more information, see Suspending a Chat Session.
