Manage Media Chat - To create, edit, and delete Default Team and Global Options and the Proactive Filter, purge Visitor Details, reload Media Options, delete inactive chat servers, and access the Manage, View Status and the View Queue tabs in the Talisma Chat Workspace.
If you have the Manage Media Chat Permission, you can view a list of Teams in which you have the Use Media Chat Permission, and the Users in these Teams. This list is displayed in the Teams/Users pane of the Manage tab.
To View the List of Users Engaged in Chat Sessions
1. In the Talisma Chat Workspace, click the Manage tab.
2. Select the Teams/Users pane. The Teams in which you have the Use Media Chat Permission are listed.
3. Click the plus sign (+) next to a Team to view the list of Users in the Team, who are currently logged on to Talisma, and are available for chat.
4. Click to view the number of chat sessions the Users are currently handling.
The load for each User includes suspended sessions, if there are any. However, the load does not include internal sessions.
The load displayed in the Teams/Users pane for each User is the cumulative load for the User across Teams. The load displayed for each User in the Active Sessions pane is the load for the User in the Team selected in the Teams/Users pane.
Note • The Teams/Users pane is regularly updated for all Users who log on to Talisma Client. • As the Supervisor, you can view the sessions that each User is currently handling, as displayed in the Active Sessions and the Transcript panes of the Manage tab. |
