Activity Properties

The table in this section describes the properties available for the Activity object.

Properties

The properties list contains system properties. When an activity is created, these values are set automatically.

A unique identifier for the corresponding activity in SIS.

The name of the activity.

This property value is identical to the Subject property of the child Interaction.

The CampusNexus CRM user that is assigned with this activity.

Team

The team for which the activity is created. By default, this team is the primary team set for the user.

The owner of the activity. By default, the user that creates the interaction is the owner.

The ID of the interaction associated with the activity.

Activity type

The medium of communication used for the related child Interaction.

Subject

The subject of the activity is identical to the subject of the related child Interaction.

This property is updated when the subject of the related object item is changed.

Date when the interaction is closed.

Priority

The priority value of the activity corresponds to the priority set for the related interaction.

This property value is updated when the corresponding property of the related child Interaction is changed.

State of the related interaction. This property value is updated from the related interaction.

The current status of the activity. It corresponds to the status of the related interaction.

Contacts

The contact associated with the interaction that is related with the activity.

Communication Last Updated

The date and time when the most recent communication for the interaction occurred.

The date and time when the activity was created.

The date and time of the most recent operation on the interaction associated with the activity.

When the related interaction is updated, the activity gets updated automatically.

The date and time when the activity is scheduled to end.

The source system in which the activity originated.

CRM: Indicates that the activity is created in CampusNexus CRM.

External: Indicates that the activity is created after the database synchronization between CampusNexus CRM and SIS.
