About Enrollments
An enrollment is created in SIS when a student meets specific criteria in the admission lifecycle. With database synchronization, enrollment details created in SIS are available in the CampusNexus CRM.
The enrollment record is first created in SIS based on the details of the student record. The student record in SIS is updated manually, or as a result of updates to the associated contact record in CampusNexus CRM. Thus, the enrollment record created in CampusNexus CRM also includes information about the associated contact.
By default, details of the lead in CampusNexus CRM are not available in the enrollment record. To complete the cycle of the lead’s progress through the admission process, CampusNexus CRM enables automatic association of the lead records with the enrollment records. You can also choose to manually associate a lead with an enrollment record.

You must have Enrollment permissions to work with enrollment records in CampusNexus CRM.
