Setting the AutoRefresh Option for AOL 8

For visitors using the AOL 8 Internet browser, you can specify whether the chat transcript must be refreshed automatically.

To do so, you must modify VChatFormLeft.inc. This file is available in the <installation folder>\Media\VisitorChat folder on the IIS server computer where Web Components have been installed.

Refer to the variable AOLAutoRef in VChatFormLeft.inc. The value can be one of the following:

Value	Description
False	The transcript pane must not be automatically refreshed on the visitor's side.
True	The transcript pane must be automatically refreshed on the visitor's side.
