Specifying SIS and CRM Details

The details of the SIS that must be integrated with CRM must be specified to synchronize the Main database with the SIS.

To Specify SIS Details

1.  Select the SIS Settings node from the Navigation pane.

2.  Click the CRM - SIS Connection Details node from the Navigation pane.

- OR -

Click the CRM - SIS Connection Details link from the Results pane.

The CRM - SIS Connection Details page is displayed in the Results pane.

3.  In the Name field, specify the name of the SIS.

4.  In the Code field, specify the unique identification code of the SIS.

5.  If the SIS is in use to manage student information, select Yes in the Active list. By default, No is selected.

6.  In the Source URL field, type the URL of the virtual directory on the IIS server on which the SIS is installed. When the Main database and the SIS are synchronized, information flows into CampusNexus CRM from the URL typed in this field.

7.  In the Target URL field, type the URL of the virtual directory on the IIS server on which the Main database is installed. When CRM and SIS are synchronized, information flows into the SIS from the URL typed in this field.

8.  Click Save to save the specified details.
