Deleting a Conditional Merge

You can delete a Condition that you no longer require.

When you delete a Condition for which a Conditional Merge operation is currently in progress, the operation will continue to be performed for Object items that satisfy the Condition.

If the deleted Condition is retained in the Print Template, it will continue to be displayed in the Content tab of the Print Template and in the MS Word document after you perform a Conditional Merge operation. You need to manually remove the Condition.

To Delete a Conditional Merge

1.  Open the required Print Template.

2.  From the Print Template menu, select Conditional Merge.

Click .

The Conditional Merge Manager is displayed.

3.  In the Conditional Merge area, select the Condition you want to delete and click .

You are prompted to confirm the deletion.

4.  Click Yes.

The selected Condition is deleted.

5.  Clear the condition from the Content tab of the Print Template or MS Word.

6.  Close the Print Template.
