Deleting a Web Form Configuration

You can delete a Web Form Configuration you no longer need. When you delete an existing Configuration, Contact Properties set for the Configuration will no longer be used to resolve the Contact. The Contact will be resolved in Talisma based on the e-mail address of the Contact specified in the E-mail field, even if the Configuration ID of the deleted Configuration continues to be retained in the Web Form.

1.  Open the Web Form Configuration Manager. For more information, see Opening the Web Form Configuration Manager.

2.  Click Delete Configuration.

The selected Configuration is deleted.
