Deleting and Restoring a Print Template

Delete/Undelete Print Template - To delete and restore Print Templates.

You can delete a Print Template that you no longer require. When a Print Template is deleted, it is moved to the Trash Can Workspace. A Print Template can be purged or restored from the Trash Can Workspace.

To Delete a Print Template

You can delete a Print Template from:

The Print Template Table View

1.  Using the Left Pane, select the required Print Template in the Table View.

2.  From the Print Template menu, select Delete Print Template.

Click .

- OR -

Right-click the Print Template, and select Delete Print Template from the shortcut menu.

- OR -

Press the DELETE key.

The Print Template Window

1.  Open the required Print Template.

2.  From the Print Template menu, select Delete Print Template.

Click .

To Restore a Print Template

1.  In the Home Workspace, select Trash Can from the GoTo menu. The Trash Can Workspace is displayed.

2.  From the Object Selector, select Print Template.

3.  From the Table View, select the Print Template you want to restore.

4.  From the Edit menu, select Undelete.

- OR -

Right-click the relevant Print Template and select Undelete.

The Print Template is restored.

Note 

You can delete or restore multiple Print Templates. To select adjacent Print Templates, click the first Print Template, hold down the SHIFT key, and click the last Print Template. To select random Print Templates, click the first Print Template, hold down the CTRL key, and click other Print Templates.
