Release Highlights

Student Accounting

• Finance

  • The latest release of Anthology Finance & HCM includes an enhancement to Cash and Bank management functionality that allows customers to choose between two options if check numbers were printed using an incorrect check number range. They can either proceed with the new check range, or opt to revert to the original check range.

  • We have added an error message to the latest release of Anthology Finance & HCM that will display when a Deposit Slip is generated for a student from the "Pending Deposits" form (located under "Student Accounting > Student > Pending Deposits"), and there is an issue sending it to Student. The message will read "Error while sending update to the external system. The integration between the systems is not up," and it will appear when the integration has been turned off.

  • Previously, when printing checks and using a check format that printed details of those transaction on the check stub, any details for Student Transactions would not populate. With the latest release, we now offer the ability to add those details to any customized check format. All customizations for check formats will be done via Developer Tools.

• Human Resources

  • As a part of this release, the IPEDs reporting tab will now be accessible on the worker/employee form, regardless of whether the "Streamlined Employee Entry" feature is turned on or off.

• Payroll

  • In this release, a feature is implemented that stores the earning code along with the timesheet details when the timesheet is sent for processing to the payroll.

• R2GL Enhancements

  • A new form has been introduced which displays the validated transaction sync status to Student.

  • The latest version of R2GL includes an enhancement that prioritizes performance improvement. We have worked towards enhancing the performance of releasing transactions from Anthology Student to Anthology Finance & HCM.

• Time Management - Add Leave Requests and Refresh Time Lines

  • We have added a new topic for Leave and Absence that enables users to easily incorporate previously approved leave requests into their timesheet. With this update, updated and re-approved leave requests will be automatically carried over to the timesheet as a line item. This eliminates the need for employees to manually add or update the timesheet line, reducing redundant data entry and ensuring consistency between leave requests and timesheet entries. This feature streamlines the process of adding time off to the timesheet, improving efficiency and accuracy for employees.
