IPEDS reporting enhancements
We are also enhancing our IPEDS reporting functionality by bringing you the ability to report in either Summary or Detail. "Summary" is our default option that shows the aggregate totals for each report. The new "Details" option will break those aggregate totals down and show you the First and Last name of each employee making up those totals. You will see this option in our first wave of reports which includes:
-
Staff totals by gender and race/ethnicity
-
Staff by assigned position
-
Staff totals by assigned position
-
Staff worksheet
-
Improved Synchronization between Anthology Finance & HCM and Anthology Student
-
Email formatting changes:
Previously, when creating a worker in HR, it was mandatory to provide a primary email address with a minimum length of six characters, excluding the '@.domain' portion. Now, customers can create employee/staff profiles with any number of characters. This ensures successful synchronization between the two applications.
-
Clearer and more complete data sent to General and HR tabs of Staff records in Anthology Student
-
Newly added validations and clearer messaging for criteria required for successful synchronization
With this latest release, we're improving the process by which newly created or updated Employee/Worker/Faculty records in HR automatically sync to the Staff record in Anthology Student. These improvements include additional validations and clearer messaging for potential blockers to a successful synchronization.
General Tab: Address field sent from HR to HR tab in Student
HR Tab: Date Hired, Position, Department fields changes entered in HR sync appropriately to Anthology Student
Fund Source Management
We have moved the Fund Source Posting form to its own independent navigation option, allowing users to more easily access and update appropriate data. Additionally, we have revamped the user interface (UI) of the form to ensure consistency with other Finance and Operations (F&O) forms. These modifications have been implemented to provide a streamlined experience for users, enhancing overall usability and navigation efficiency. You can find this new form in the following location:
-
Modules > Student accounting > Financial Aid Fund Source > FA Fund source posting
Integration Logs
We have made improvements for the logging functionality that allows our Anthology teams to better assist in troubleshooting issues reported with the Anthology Student integration.
