Release Highlights

Integration with Anthology Engage

We are excited to announce the native integration of Anthology Reach and Anthology Engage. The out-of-the-box Contact - Contact (Advising) form now includes the Co-Curricular Involvement tab. This tab provides a comprehensive view of the student’s co-curricular engagement, such as events attended and membership details, directly from the Engage platform. This integration streamlines access to important student involvement data, enhancing advisor’s ability to support and engage students effectively.

Staff Calendar and Book Appointment Enhancements

We are excited to introduce a new framework for the Staff Calendar feature, designed to streamline appointment booking and enhance usability. This update offers improved management of appointment types and durations, allowing departments to configure schedules based on their specific needs. It also includes the ability to set buffer times between appointments and enhanced slot scheduling. Additionally, the framework optimizes system resource usage for better overall performance.

Enhancements to the Real-time Journey Module

Anthology Reach has introduced several enhancements to address important gaps, supporting your transition to and adoption of Real-time Journey.

  • TeleSign 2-Way SMS Support: Reach has resolved the previous limitation regarding 2-Way SMS Conversations. You can now engage directly through 2-Way SMS Conversations with students simultaneously within Real-time Journey responsive journeys. This enhancement significantly improves interactive communication capabilities, providing greater flexibility and value to your engagement strategies.

  • Improved Consent Record Management: Enhanced ability to manage consent for Email and SMS (Text message).

  • Enhanced Contact Insights: The Contact Insights tab is now integrated into the out-of-the-box (OOTB) Contact – Reach New Form, providing easy access to interaction data.

These updates aim to facilitate and enhance interactive communication experiences.
