Release Highlights

Application Management

  • Our new Agent Portal experience functionality allows an agent to apply on behalf of an applicant.

  • You and your constituents will now have more flexibility to handle individual and partial application and enrollment fee payments.

Application Review

  • When building a review bundle, instructions can now be added that will show on the review form to the reviewers.

  • In some scenarios, you may receive information after new application requirements have been submitted. To account for those scenarios, we added the ability to regenerate the Application PDF and Review Form with the "new" data.

Event Management

  • With the new Public Event Calendar functionality, your constituents can now view, register, and pay for an event on a public calendar without requiring a login.

Payment Gateway

Manual Activation for Portal User Accounts

  • There are times when a constituent registers for their portal account; however, they do not receive the email, or it goes into a spam folder, and the link to activate the account expires. Now, a Reach user can log into the CRM and manually activate that account.

Success Network

  • We've extended the functionality of Reach to enable staff members who are contacts in Reach to also be a part of Success Networks.

  • Introduced the creation of a Success Network between a Student and a group of Staff Members.

  • Success Networks can now be created with a fixed duration (an effective end date).

  • Bulk deactivation of Success Network records, E.g. If a staff member leaves the Institution or their role changes, then all the existing associated Success Network records can be deactivated.

  • Support for the creation of Success Networks for prospective students.

  • The addition of a new "Publish Status" for better control for those of you who manage Success Networks.
