Business Administrator
- Recovery of active phone sessions from previous login session is now a configurable option.
- Business Administrator can now be viewed on a Mac computer using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
- The Contact object's E-mail property is now editable
- Web Client
- Drill down reports will inherit and display aggregations (Sum, Avg, Min or Max) that are selected in Desktop Client. Additionally, like Desktop Client users, Web Client data will be aggregated and displayed within groups and will also be aggregated across all groups at the end of a report.
The row count will now be displayed at the bottom of each group and in the Aggregations area if Display count of items in the Report is selected in Desktop Client.
- In the Phone workspace, on being inactive for a long duration, when a user clicks Log Out in the displayed message, a confirmatory message will now be displayed if the user has any active / open phone sessions.
