Release Highlights

Manage eSignature of Contract Using DocuSign

Your institution can now automate the task to send and receive your signed faculty contracts powered by the efficiency and security of Microsoft Power Automate. DocuSign eliminates the manual paperwork process where the faculty member must print and sign the contract and then scan and email it to your institution. DocuSign efficiently processes faculty contracts by enabling all parties involved to sign contracts from virtually anywhere with an internet connection even on their mobile devices.

The DocuSign integration with Microsoft Power Automate workflow requires your institution to procure a multi-user enterprise DocuSign subscription plan. Please contact your DocuSign representative directly for recommendations on the best eSignature subscription plan.

The Faculty Workload Management contract sample solution includes the standard Microsoft Power Automate solution and the corresponding eSignature solution. For your convenience, you can download the standard Microsoft Power Automate solution along with the eSignature solution of choice.

Add Total Earnings to Earning Lines Excel Export

Anthology Student has introduced a new excel export layout that includes Quantity and Earning Rate and Total Earnings (per line) to Earning Lines report.

On Processes > Faculty Workload Management > Process Files > Export a new option has been added. This option is intended to create an export that allows faculty administrators to see the math for earning line calculations very clearly. These columns are additionally available when a user views earning lines from Processes > Assignment Manager for assignments that have pay generated.

Assignment Load Details Report to display Load Validation Status and Default Load Value when status is Not Validated

To increase the utility of this report for users who need to be able to see validated assignment loads and projects of non-validated loads, a Load Validation Status column is added. When the Load Validation Status is Not Validated, the default load will be displayed in the report for that assignment.
