We are excited to share these highlights for Faculty Workload Management 23.1.0. Your feedback is invaluable as we build solutions to serve you. We have many improvements to Faculty Workload Management with this release. Here we will highlight some of those and we encourage you to review the release notes as you will find more updates than are listed here.

Release Highlights
Expansion of Department use in Filtering and Assignments

Administrators can now:

Filter against Department on Assignment Manager and on the batch Load Validations process to make it easier and faster to identify the assignments.

Save Department on teaching and non teaching assignments from the configuration screens allowing the association of an assignment to a specific department before the point of validation.

Usability and Process Improvements
Copying Non Teaching Assignments within and across terms- This new feature will allow administrators to copy Non Teaching Assignments within a term so it can be used for multiple faculty. It also allows administrators to copy assignments from term to term, saving time on assignment set up for loads that apply in an ongoing way.
Assignment Load Detail Report- This report now has improved sorting and totals indicators to allow administrators and Deans to see the total load for a faculty member for a term and overloads for that term
