Release Highlights

Merge Fields for Contract Management

We're excited to announce a significant enhancement to our Contract Management system, that offers enhanced capabilities to administrators during faculty contract creation. This enhancement enables administrators to incorporate additional information into faculty contract templates. We have integrated a range of additional fields into our contract management system as merge fields. These fields include Course Code, Building, Room, Day, Time, Term Start Date, Term End Date, and Total Pay per Assignment. With the inclusion of these fields, administrators can effortlessly incorporate them into contract templates, further streamlining the contract creation experience.

Assignment Load Details Reports shows Overload Details in individual Assignment Lines

We have made significant enhancements in the Assignment Load Details Report's presentation. We have implemented measures to elevate the clarity of the data, by introducing a dedicated column to showcase overload values, complemented by the corresponding sum of overload for all assignments within a term. This ensures that users can view the precise overload value associated with individual assignments and to the term overall.
