Release Highlights

Assignment Creation of New Cross Listed Class Section Using Copy Class Schedule

Faculty Workload Management now creates assignments in Assignment Manager of the originating Class Sections for Cross Listed Classes when you copy class section either within a Term or to another Term.

Assign Faculty to Session and Capture Load Type Per Period

We have made an enhancement in the Class Scheduling section. Faculty Workload Management has introduced a new Assign Load Types for Pattern option to assign load type to different Schedule Periods. This allows you to assign a load type to an entire meeting pattern. For example: Monday, Wednesday and Friday is the lecture portion of a class, while Thursday is the laboratory session of a class. With this enhancement, you can assign lecture to the meeting pattern of Monday-Wednesday-Friday and assign lab to the Thursday session for the entire length of the course at one time.

We have implemented measures to elevate the clarity of the data in the Student Schedule Report's presentation by introducing a dedicated Load Types column to showcase the assigned load type of different class section periods.
