Release Overview
Regulatory 23.0.1 provides annual updates to the COD Export and Import processes, enhancements for the Clearinghouse and College Finance Plan processes, and resolutions for reported issues in multiple Regulatory areas.

Upgrade Rollout Plans for Regulatory 23.1.0 customers:

Anthology Cloud Multi-tenant - This update will be automatically applied to your non-production environment(s) within 2 business days and your production environment within 12 business days.

Anthology Cloud 1.0, CampusNet, and on-prem customers – If you would like to apply this update, please submit a CSR; scheduling will occur based on availability.

Release Highlights
This release contains the following enhancements:

The COD Export and Import processes are updated to comply with the 2023–2024 COD Technical Reference.

In the Anthology Student web app:

The Student Number field is added to the COD Export Result grid columns.

The Student Review Batches tab is added to the COD Export page so that users can review and select the records to be exported.

The COD Export and Import processes now use Hangfire jobs to create files. This improvement addresses the issues around time-outs and other performance issues.

The Job Results grid on the Student Review Batches tab of the Clearinghouse Degree Verify and Clearinghouse Enrollment Reporting pages now allows setting the ‘Items per page’ to 100, 500, or 1000.

All Regulatory processes now adhere to the configured staff security settings to ensure that SSNs are only visible in the UI and web developer console to authorized staff.

In the Anthology Student web app and legacy interface, the College Financing Plan now allows users to configure Interest Rates for Direct Unsubsidized and Direct (Grad) PLUS loans for Graduate and Undergraduate programs separately.
