Upgrade Rollout Plans:

  • Anthology Cloud 2.0 - This update will be applied to your environments in accordance with your Master Services Agreement (MSA).

  • Anthology Cloud 1.0, CampusNet, and on-prem customers – If you would like to apply this update, please submit a CSR; scheduling will occur based on availability.

Important:

  • Regulatory US 24.3.0 consolidates Regulatory, Financial Aid Automation (FAA), and Financial Aid Student Experience into a single comprehensive release.

  • The Regulatory US 24.3.0 Product is compatible back to Anthology Student 23.3.0. However, Feature Compatibility requires you to have Student 24.1.2 or later

    • To import COD files for the 2024-25 award year without receiving rejects

    • To use the new Application processing EDE path for ISIR importing

    • Automated Budget and Packaging Options Display Nested Information When Exported to Excel
    • Appropriate File Names Added to the Exported Excel or PDF files From Each Grid of Automated Awarding Fund Source Rules and Automated Awarding Global Settings
    • Students Are Auto Packaged and Repackaged With Proration as Required
    • Ability to Select "Round Disbursements to Whole Dollars?" for all Fund Source Types
    • Auto Repackaging Adjusts Individual Disbursement Amounts Based on Enrollment Allocation after an Award Level Increase or Decrease
    • AUTOPACK0030 and REPACKAG0036 Allow Multiple Enrollments for Non-overlapping Academic Year Programs, NDS, and Admissions Applications With no Impact
    • Ability to Copy Default Budgets for all Enrollment Statuses
