Support for Attachments
Prerequisites
- The appointment owner must have access to Google Drive.
- Attachment support must be enabled in the Google Integration tab in the Default Configuration page. See Default Configurations.
- When an attachment is uploaded to an appointment, all Google attendees (required or optional) will be able to view the attachment in their events.
- The following attachment types are supported: .docx, .xlsx, .pptx, and pdf.
Attachment support is configured in the option Set blocked file extensions for attachments (System Settings dialog > General tab)
- Attachments can be added only to non-recurring appointments in Anthology Reach.
- Attendees who do not use Google email will be able to view appointment details as an email that will include a link to view the attachment.
- Attendees with a Google account can click the appointment to view details of the included attachment.
- Attachments removed from the appointment in Anthology Reach will also be removed from the event in Google Calendar.
