Survey Responses

Survey Response records can be accessed from the activities view for a specific contact or from the Survey entity record. The following form (reduced size as the original form is larger) illustrates the 3 types of information available in a record:

• The General tab includes technical information about the survey.

• The iframe includes a look alike of the actual survey form submitted by the recipient.

• Question and answer pair records are stored in the Question Responses table
