User Lists

User lists are container records that include members. Grouping users into a list enables administrators to perform actions on the list instead of performing the action repetitively with each member.

A user with the required permissions can associate a user list with an assignment rule record in the record assignment framework.

User lists can be:

• Static: Members are manually added and removed from the list by user intervention.
• Dynamic: Members are added to the list dynamically based on conditions in a query.

By default, the status of a user list is Active, i.e., it's available to perform an activity with a group of users.
