The My Appointments Page on the Portal

Students logged into this page can view their appointments created through the Book Appointment page of Anthology Reach or the Portal.

The following table describes this page:

The appointment and the tooltip. A booked appointment is displayed in blue.

A student can:

  • View its details by clicking the blue rectangle..Closed

  • Hover over the appointment and view advisor details as a tooltip.
The logged in student’s time zone is inherited from the time zone set on the computer.
On the left a student can:
  • Click the arrow keys to navigate to a previous or next day.
  • Click the calendar control to choose a different date, month or year.

On the right:

  • The student can view appointments for the day, week or month.

The student can cancel a booked appointment by clicking X on the top right corner of a booked appointment.
