Unmapped Templates and Forms Issue After a Portal Upgrade

Problem

After upgrading the portal to Sitefinity version 14.4 and TPC version 6.1, existing forms and page templates available on the portal were not automatically mapped to the portal site(s).

Solution

To automatically map available portal forms and templates to the required portal site(s), the Portal administrator must paste the following API scripts in the browser window after replacing the placeholder text in red with the actual values, and click the Enter key:

• {PortalOrg_URL}/PortalAutomation/LinkFormToSite/{siteName}

• {PortalOrg_URL}/PortalAutomation/LinkTemplateToSite/{siteName}

In the above API scripts, replace:

• {PortalOrg_URL} with the Portal URL

• {siteName} with the site name configured in the Sitefinity page
