Viewing Survey Feedback

Prerequisites
Users performing this task must have the following permissions:

  • Read, Append, and Append To permissions on the Contact entity.

  • The following permissions for the Campus Survey entities:

  • Read permission for the Course Instructor entity.

After a contact submits a campus survey, the feedback will be available in the Feedback tab of the student record. Based on the feedback, staff in the institution can plan for future corrective action, if it is required.

To view the feedback for a student:

  • In a student record in Reach, navigate to the Student Success Profile tab > Feedback grid and click the required response record to view the feedback.

    Or

    In the campus survey record, view the Feedback Form(Succeed) form.
