Enhancements
Enhanced Reach Scoring Model: Enrollment Scoring
To support administrators in tracking student progress and risk across multiple programs, the Reach Scoring Model has been enhanced to include scoring records for the Enrollment entity.
When students enroll in multiple programs, individual enrollment records are generated for each program. Each enrollment record has a unique score that indicates the likelihood of meeting specific thresholds. This improvement enables advisors to track scores for each program enrollment separately, facilitating more targeted outreach and strategic planning for student success.

Staff Calendar
Show First Available Slot Starting from the Current Date in Staff Calendar
As part of our ongoing improvements to the new Staff Calendar framework, we have added a new feature to improve the scheduling experience. If no slots are available in the selected week, the system will show a message with a link to the first available slot starting from the current day, making it easier for users to find an available time.
In this release, the user experience and the logic to display the first available slots on the new Book Appointment page has been enhanced.

If an available slot is found, the first available slot date will be displayed as a clickable link to continue with the booking process as shown in the following image:
Success Network - Book Appointment Link
The Book Appointment link on the Success Network page in the portal is now compatible with the new Staff Calendar framework. Portal users can now view the new Staff Calendar page by clicking the Book Appointment link on the Success Network page and schedule appointments with staff members associated with their Success Network.
After upgrading to 2024.4.0, refer the Customizing the Portal help topic for detailed instructions on how to configure the Book Appointment Link on the Success Network page to redirect to the new Staff Calendar page.

Enhancements to the External Document Status Integration
Following are the enhancements to ensure successful integration of the External Document Status field, and to display the correct last modified date of the external document in Anthology Reach:

A new field, Student Time Zone, has been introduced in the Integration tab of the Default Configuration page to store the time zone of the Anthology Student system.

The CNS-CNE Documents - External Document Status_Pull Based (Engage) flow has now been enhanced.
Enhancement to the Student Status History Integration Logic
We have enhanced the logic in the Student Status History integration to exclude the student status histories related to applicants who have not been enrolled yet. After an application progresses to the enrollment stage, the student status histories for that student will be updated in Reach to show all statuses.
New Student Integration Workflow - CNS Integration Save SchoolStartDate
A new Anthology Student integration workflow, CNS Integration Save SchoolStartDate, has been introduced in this release. This workflow will trigger when Program Versions are added on the Start Date page in Anthology Student (under Home>Configuration>Academic Records>Start Dates). In Anthology Reach the event published from this workflow will trigger the CNS-CNE Start Date - Program Version Details Integration cloud flow.

The following Student Integration workflows have been introduced in this release:

Import and Export
Configurations to Change the Order of Importing the Entities Data
The import integration framework imports entity records associated with a Contact in alphabetical order as follows:

Previous Education

Test Score
As the Application records are created before the Previous Education and Test Score records for a Contact record, the out-of-the-box (OOTB) plug-ins do not find the required data to create Conditional requirements and therefore fail to create the records.
The above issue can be resolved by prefixing the order number in the entity mapping records in (Undefined variable: MyVariables.AR) using the following steps:

Prefix the Record Type mappings of each entity with the order number. For example, Contact.1PreviousEducation.1.
Here we have prefixed the number 1 to import the Previous Order entity first.

Create an Entity Type mapping for each of the entities that you want to order and update the Record Type field prefixed with the number.
Anthology Reach - Live Assist Messaging Solution Integration
Live Assist has launched a new modern platform called Messaging with advanced features that will replace the existing legacy Live Chat platform. This upgrade introduces several enhancements to improve your customer interaction capabilities and overall experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
To transition to the new Live Assist Messaging platform, you need to upgrade to Anthology Reach 24.4.0 release which is compatible with both the legacy Live Assist Live Chat solution and the new Live Assist Messaging solution.
