Log in to DocuSign

Users can log in to DocuSign (https://admin.docusign.com/) and see documents, history, permissions, etc.

Select the Manage tab to view the details.

Permissions

On the Permissions screen (Settings > Permission Profiles), edit the required profile and check if the Allow users to send envelopes permission is selected for your account.

API and Integrator Key Information

This key is assigned by DocuSign and never changes.  It is used by Anthology Inc. for troubleshooting and can be found in the DocuSign Configuration window in Forms Builder.
