Transfer Credits

You can add transfer credits and view details of all your existing transfer credits in Student Portal.

View Transfer Credits

  1. Click Transfer Credits > Transfer Credits.

  2. Select a college in the View by list.

  3. Select the status of the transfer credits in the Filter by Term list. A list of all your transfer credits is displayed.

  4. Click a Course Title or the Status for a transfer credit. Details of the selected transfer credit are displayed.

Add Transfer Credits

  1. Navigate to Transfer Credits > Transfer Credits.

  2. Click Add Transfer Credits. The page to search your institution is displayed.

  3. Specify the search criteria. Items marked with an asterisk are required.

    • In the State list, select the state code of your earlier institution.
    • In the Institution text box, type the name of your earlier institution.
    • Select the Institution Type.
  4. Click Search for School. The list of available institutions is displayed.

  5. Select your institution from the search results.

    Click Add my Institution and Continue to add the name of your institution to the database and go to the next step of the process.

  6. Enter the following course details for transfer credits from your earlier education institution:

    • Course Title
    • Course Code
    • Grade Received
    • Credits Attempted
    • Date Started
    • Hours Attempted
    • Date Completed
    • Grade Point
  7. Click Add Course and then click Done. The transfer credit from your earlier institution is added to your account.

  8. Repeat the transfer credit submission process for each credit course that you have attended.
