Subsidiary Statements

You can view your subsidiary statements. Transactions posted to the subsidiary account do not affect your ledger card balance. Funds can be released from a subsidiary to the student general ledger card to address situations that arise, for example, when a student pays a housing deposit and then any charges that arise, such as damages, can be paid from the deposit.

View Subsidiaries

1. Navigate to My Finances > Account Information. The Account Information page is displayed. By default, the Account Details tab is selected.

2. Click the Subsidiary Statements tab. The Subsidiary Statements selection form is displayed.

   

3. Select the subsidiary statement type from the list.

4. Select the statement date from the list.

5. Click the Go button. The statement is downloaded as a PDF document.
