Conversation Flow for Student Verification

When the Digital Assistant is configured for Student Verification support, the selection choices in the main menu include the Student Verification option.

The Student Verification option leads to a set of frequently asked questions sorted by content categories. For more information, see FAQ Model for Student Verification - Sorted by Category.

      

When the user selects a category, e.g., "Verification", the bot displays the list of questions for that category along with the options to:

• Show more questions

• Show the previous menu

• Chat with an agent
