Security Roles for Live Assist

Three Security Roles are available for working with Live Assist:

  • Live Assist Administrator
  • Live Assist Agent
  • Live Assist Supervisor

These roles need to be assigned to appropriate users.

  1. In Anthology Reach, select Settings > Security. Closed

    Engage > Security

  2. On the Security page, select Users. Closed

  3. On the Enabled Users page, select the User you want to associate with the Live Assist role. Closed

  4. On the User page, select Manage Roles. Closed

  5. In the Manage Users Roles list, select the appropriate role. Closed
