Integration Request Page

Use this form to view the integration status of the bank account and Financial Aid Fund source records that are updated in Anthology Finance & HCM and sent to Anthology Student when the Student integration process batch job is run.

Access Method

Navigate to Modules > Student Accounting > Integration > Integration request.

Buttons

Button Description
Details View information about changes made to FA Fund sources and Bank Accounts in Anthology Finance & HCM that will be or have been processed to Anthology Student.

Action

Select to view records belonging to that category:

  • Details: Select a single record with an OK/ Error status to view the detailed information of the record. If you choose multiple records, the Details option will be disabled.

  • Reactivate: Select a single record or multiple records with an Error status to reactivate the records.

    Anthology Finance & HCM displays appropriate messages when records are reactivated with an Error status.

    • Selecting single or multiple error records will generate the message, "All selected requests reactivated successfully."

    • Selecting multiple error records will display an update on the number of selected requests in relation to the total number of available requests. For instance, if you selected 50 records and successfully activated 30 of them, a message indicates, "30 of 50 requests reactivated successfully."

    • Selecting a record with OK status will generate the message, "0 of 1 requests reactivated successfully."

  • Log: Select a record with an OK/ Error status to view the details of the record. If you choose multiple records, the Log option will be disabled.

Note: When you reactivate multiple or all records with OK/Error/Blank status, only the selected records with an Error status will have their Process/Processing Date/Status columns cleared.

Fields

Field Description
Request identifier The identifier of record in Anthology Finance & HCM for which the integration request is created.
Table name The name of the table in the Application Object Tree (AOT) in Anthology Finance & HCM, which stores the change that is synchronized with Anthology Student.
Operation The operation that describes changes to a table. Possible values are Insert, Update, and Delete.
Created date and time The date and time when the record for the integration request is created.
Processed If this check box is selected, the changes specific to the request have been processed to Anthology Student.
Processing date The date and time when changes have been processed to Anthology Student.
Status

Displays the status of the record:

  • OK - Indicates the records are successfully processed.

  • Error - Indicates the records have failed processing or handling the data within the record.
