User Campuses Page

Use the User campuses page to add campuses for a user so that the user can access student transactions associated with that campus.

Example

In the User Campuses page, Campus A is added for a user. In this scenario, the user will be able to access the student transactions associated with only Campus A and not any other campuses that are configured in the system.

Roles and Privileges

  • CMC: Student accounting manager - To view the User Campuses page.

  • CMC: Student accounting administrator - To add or remove Campus names added for a user.

Access Method

Click Student accounting > Setup > User campuses

User ID Identification of the user in Anthology Finance & HCM.
User name Full name of the user.
Campus The campus to which the user is added to view student transactions associated with that campus.
Name The name of the campus.
