SIS User is a Shared Reference Object in Talisma. An SIS User item indicates a User in the SIS. SIS User items are typically created in Talisma using Talisma Higher Education Foundation iServices or through an Import operation. These SIS User items will be available in the Properties tab of a Team and the Map SIS User to Talisma User page in Talisma Business Administrator.
The SIS User Object window contains the following tabs:

• SIS Student DSO/RO - Contacts
• SIS International Advisor - Contacts
This tab contains system and custom Properties created for the SIS User Object. The following table describes these Properties:

Displays values of the Name and Staff code Properties in the following format: <Name>-<Staff code> For example, John-11. This format is used to display the value of the SIS owner Property in Objects that share a Relationship with the SIS User Object. Note: This is a read-only Property. |

Mapped Talisma User |
Indicates the Talisma User who is mapped with the SIS User. This mapping is also reflected in the Map SIS User to Talisma User page in Talisma Business Administrator. |

Admissions representative |
This Property can have one of the following values: • Yes: Indicates that the SIS User item is an admissions representative. • No: Indicates that the SIS User item is not an admissions representative. This is the default value. The value in this Property is typically updated through Talisma Higher Education iService. For information on the behavior of the Admissions representative Property on the Lead Object, see “Behavior of the SIS owner and Admissions representative Properties”. |

This tab lists Teams in which the Talisma User has the Manage SIS User Permission. The Teams with which the SIS User item is shared are selected in this tab. This selection can be modified.
This tab lists the actions performed on the SIS User item.
This tab lists the Categories created for the SIS User Object. From this tab, you can categorize the SIS User by selecting one or more Categories.
This tab lists the Leads associated with the SIS User. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Lead in the Lead window. For information about Properties of the Lead Object, see “ Lead Tabs and Properties”.
This tab lists the Contacts associated with the SIS User. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Contact in the Contact window. For information about Properties of the Contact Object, see “ Contact Tabs and Properties”.
This tab lists the Enrollments associated with the SIS User. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Enrollment in the Enrollment window. For information about Properties of the Enrollment Object, see “ Enrollment Tabs and Properties”.
This tab displays the list of Addresses associated with the SIS User. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Address in the Address window. For information about Properties of the Address Object, see “ Address Tabs and Properties”.
This tab presents a unified view of Interactions associated with the SIS User. When you double-click an Activity, the child Interaction opens in its window. For information about Properties of the Activity Object, see “Activity Properties”.
This tab lists Interactions associated with the SIS User. For information about Properties of the Interaction Object, see “ Interaction Tabs and Properties”.
This tab displays Assignment Log items that are created when the SIS User is set as the SIS owner of an Object item.
This tab displays Assignment Log items that are created when an Object item’s SIS owner is changed to another SIS User.
This tab lists Enrollments for which the SIS User is the academic advisor.
This tab lists Leads for which the SIS User is the Designated School Official (DSO) or Responsible Officer (RO). From this tab, you can view details of a selected Lead in the Lead window.
This tab lists Leads for which the SIS User is the international Advisor. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Lead in the Lead window.
This tab lists Contacts for which the SIS User is the Designated School Official (DSO) or Responsible Officer (RO). From this tab, you can view details of a selected Contact in the Contact window.
This tab lists Contacts for which the SIS User is the international Advisor. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Contact in the Contact window.
This tab lists Applications associated with the SIS User.
Important It is recommended that you do not delete or archive SIS User items. |
