Test Score Tabs and Properties

The Test Score Object stores information about the scores of Test items of a Contact. For example, the scores of the Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science Test items of the Contact are stored in the Test Score item.

While you will not be required to create Test Score items, you will be required to add values of the Test Score items. Typically, Test score items are incorporated into Talisma from an SIS as a result of database synchronization from an SIS to Talisma.

The text "TBA" in the last column of the table refers to Talisma Business Administrator.

The Test Score Object contains the following tabs:

Properties Tab

Property (* indicates that the Property is mandatory)	Description	Value Updated by (Talisma/User)	Property Can be Edited/Deleted in TBA
Test Score Name	The name of the Test Score.
Owner	The owner of the Test Score item. Typically, in an environment where Talisma is integrated with an SIS, the value of this field is None.
Created On	The date and time when the Test Score record was created.		Cannot be edited or deleted
Last Updated	The date and time when the Test Score record was last modified.		Cannot be edited or deleted
Created By	The name of the User who created the Test Score item. This is a hidden Property and is not displayed in Talisma Client. Typically, in an environment where Talisma is integrated with an SIS, the name of the SIS user who created the Test Score item is displayed in this field.
Scheduled exam date	The scheduled date of the exam.
Date	The date when the exam is held.
Exam fee	The fees required to appear for the exam.
Exam fee paid by Student	This Property can have the following values: • Yes • No
Exam location	The venue of the exam.
Result score	The score obtained by the Contact.
Result date	The date when the results of the exam will be announced.
Result number	The numeric value of the exam result.
Result text	The text content of the exam result.
Equivalent SAT Score	The equivalent Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) scores of the exam result.
External SIS ID	A unique identifier for the corresponding Test Score in the SIS.		Cannot be edited or deleted
Test	The Test item that is associated with the Test Score.
Link to Contact	The Contact associated with the Test Score.
Link to Enrollment	The Enrollment associated with the Test Score.

History Tab

This tab lists the actions performed on the Test Score item. For example, if a Test Score is categorized, this action is recorded as an event in the history of the Test Score. To specify the events to be displayed in this tab, in Talisma Client, select Options from the Tools menu. In the Options dialog box, set the required Test Score event options from the Events tab. For a new Test Score, this tab is always blank.

Note

When Talisma is installed afresh, audit is disabled for all events and Properties. Hence, audit records will not be displayed in the History tab. For information, about enabling or disabling audit, see Business Administrator Help and Installation Manager Help.

Categories Tab

This tab lists the Categories created for the Test Score Object. From this tab, you can categorize the Test by selecting one or more Categories.

Leads Tab

This tab lists the Leads associated with the Test Score. For information about the Properties displayed in this tab, see “ Lead Tabs and Properties”.
