Education Level Tabs and Properties

The Education Level Object is a Shared Object in Talisma. The tables in this topic describe the Properties available in the various tabs of the Education Level Object.

The Education Level Object contains the following tabs:

The text "TBA" in the last column of the table refers to Talisma Business Administrator.

Note

In a scenario where your organization has integrated Talisma CRM with an SIS, values of Properties will be automatically updated when Talisma CRM is synchronized with the SIS.

Properties Tab

The Properties tab contains system Properties. It also contains custom Properties created for the Education Level Object.

Property (* indicates that the Property is mandatory)	Description	Value Updated by (Talisma/User)	Property Can be Edited/Deleted in TBA
External SIS ID	A unique identifier for the corresponding Education Level in the SIS.
Name *	Name of the Education Level. For example, Masters.
Owner	The name of the User who created the Education Level. By default, the User who creates the Education Level is the Owner.
Created On	The date and time when the Education Level record was created.		Cannot be edited or deleted
Last Updated	The date and time when Properties of the Education Level record were last modified.		Cannot be edited or deleted
Code *	A code for the Education Level item.
Active *	This Property can have one of the following values: • Yes - Indicates that the Education Level Object item is displayed when you search for the Education Level Object item in the Education Level field of a related Object. • No - Indicates that the Education Level Object item is not displayed when you search for the Education Level item in the Education Level field of a related Object.		Cannot be edited or deleted.

Share Tab

This tab lists the Teams in which you have the Manage Education Level Permission. The Teams with which the Term is shared are selected. This selection can be modified.

As Education Level is a shared Object, you must share the Education Level with at least one Team when creating the Education Level.

This tab lists the actions performed on the Education Level. For example, if an Education Level is categorized, this action is recorded as an event in the history of the Education Level. To specify the events to be displayed in this tab, select Options from the Tools menu. In the Options dialog box, set the required Education Level Event options from the Event tab.

Note

When Talisma is installed afresh, audit is disabled for all events and Properties. Hence, audit records will not be displayed in the History tab. For more information about enabling or disabling audit, see Business Administrator Help and Installation Manager Help.

Categories Tab

This tab lists the Categories created for the Education Level Object. From this tab, you can categorize the Education Level by selecting one or more Categories.

Leads Tab

This tab lists the Leads associated with the Education Level. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Lead in the Lead window. For information about the Properties displayed in this tab, see “ Lead Tabs and Properties”.

Contacts Tab

This tab lists the Contacts associated with the Education Level. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Contact in the Contact window. For information about the Properties displayed in this tab, see “ Contact Tabs and Properties”.
