Nationality Tabs and Properties

 

The Nationality Object stores information about a Contact’s nationality. For example, the nationality of a Contact or Lead can be American, Indian, or British.

Before reading the descriptions in this topic, see Using Property Tables in Talisma Client Help.

The text "TBA" in the last column of the table refers to Talisma Business Administrator.

Note 

In a scenario where your organization has integrated Talisma CRM with an SIS, values of Properties will be automatically updated when Talisma CRM is synchronized with the SIS.

The Nationality Object contains the following tabs:

•   Properties Tab

•   History Tab

•   Categories Tab

•   Contacts Tab

•   Leads Tab

Properties Tab

This tab contains system and custom Properties created for the Nationality Object.

Nationality ID

A unique identifier for the Nationality item.

Cannot be edited or deleted

Name

The name of the Nationality item.

Owner

The owner of the Nationality item.

Typically, in an environment where Talisma is integrated with an SIS, the value of this field is None.

 

Created On

The date and time when the Nationality record was created.

Cannot be edited or deleted

Last Updated

The date and time when the Nationality record was last updated.

Cannot be edited or deleted

Created By

The name of the User who created the Nationality item.

This is a hidden Property and is not displayed in Talisma Client.

Typically, in an environment where Talisma is integrated with an SIS, the name of the SIS user who created the Nationality item is displayed in this field.

External SIS ID

A unique identifier for the corresponding Nationality item in the SIS.

Cannot be edited or deleted

Code

The code for the Nationality item.

Active

This Property can have one of the following values:

•   Yes: Indicates that items of the Nationality Object are displayed when you search for the Nationality item in the Nationality field of a related Object.

•   No: Indicates that items of the Nationality Object are not displayed when you search for the Nationality item in the Nationality field of a related Object.

By default, this Property is blank.

History Tab

This tab lists the actions performed on the Nationality item. For example, if a Nationality item is categorized, this action is recorded as an event in the history of the Nationality item. To specify the events to be displayed in this tab, select Options from the Tools menu. In the Options dialog box, set the required Nationality event options from the Events tab.

Note 

When Talisma is installed afresh, audit is disabled for all events and Properties. Hence, audit records will not be displayed in the History tab. For more information about enabling or disabling audit, see Business Administrator Help and Installation Manager Help.

Categories Tab

This tab lists the Categories created for the Nationality Object. From this tab, you can categorize the Nationality item by selecting one or more Categories.

Contacts Tab

This tab lists the Contacts associated with the Nationality item. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Contact in the Contact window.

Leads Tab

This tab lists the Leads associated with the Nationality item. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Lead in the Lead window.
