Region Tabs and Properties

The Region Object is a Global Object in Talisma. The table in this topic describes the Properties available in the various tabs of the Region Object.

The Region Object contains the following tabs:

•   Properties Tab

•   History Tab

•   Categories Tab

•   Leads Tab

•   Contacts Tab

The text "TBA" in the last column of the table refers to Talisma Business Administrator.

Note 

In a scenario where your organization has integrated Talisma CRM with an SIS, values of Properties will be automatically updated when Talisma CRM is synchronized with the SIS.

Properties Tab

The Properties tab contains system Properties. It also contains custom Properties created for the Region Object.

External SIS ID

A unique identifier for the corresponding Region item in the SIS.

Name *

The name of the Region item. For example, Northern Zone or Eastern Region.

Owner

The Talisma user who created the Region item. By default, the User who creates the Region item is its owner.

 

Created On

The date and time when the Region record was created.

Cannot be edited or deleted

Last Updated

The date and time when the Region record was last modified.

 

Cannot be edited or deleted

Code *

A code for the Region item.

Active *

This Property can have one of the following values:

•   Yes - Indicates that the Region Object item is displayed when you search for the Region Object item in the Region field of a related Object.

•   No - Indicates that the Region Object item is not displayed when you search for the Region Object item in the Region field of a related Object.

Cannot be edited or deleted

History Tab

This tab lists the actions performed on the Region item. For example, if a Region item is categorized, this action is recorded as an event in the history of the Region item. To specify the events to be displayed in this tab, select Options from the Tools menu. In the Options dialog box, set the required Region Event options from the Event tab.

Note 

When Talisma is installed afresh, audit is disabled for all events and Properties. Hence, audit records will not be displayed in the History tab. For more information, about enabling or disabling audit, see Business Administrator Help and Installation Manager Help.

Categories Tab

This tab lists the Categories created for the Region Object. From this tab, you can categorize the Region item by selecting one or more Categories.

Leads Tab

This tab lists the Leads associated with the Region item. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Lead in the Lead window. For information about the Properties displayed in this tab, see “ Lead Tabs and Properties”.

Contacts Tab

This tab lists the Contacts associated with the Region item. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Contact in the Contacts window. For information about the Properties displayed in this tab, see “ Contact Tabs and Properties”.
