The Shift Object is a Global Object in Talisma. The table in this topic describes the Properties available in the various tabs of the Shift Object.
The Shift Object contains the following tabs:

The text "TBA" in the last column of the table refers to Talisma Business Administrator.
Note In a scenario where your organization has integrated Talisma CRM with an SIS, values of Properties will be automatically updated when Talisma CRM is synchronized with the SIS. |
The Properties tab contains system Properties. It also contains custom Properties created for the Shift Object.

This Property can have one of the following values: • Yes - Indicates that the Program Version Start Date Object item is displayed when you search for the Program Version Start Date Object item in the Program Version Start Date field of a related Object. • No - Indicates that the Program Version Start Date Object item is not displayed when you search for the Program Version Start Date Object item in the Program Version Start Date field of a related Object. |

This tab lists the actions performed on the Shift. For example, if a Shift is undeleted, this action is recorded as an event in the history of the Shift. To specify the events to be displayed in this tab, select Options from the Tools menu. In the Options dialog box, set the required Shift Event options from the Event tab.
Note When Talisma is installed afresh, audit is disabled for all events and Properties. Hence, audit records will not be displayed in the History tab. For more information, about enabling or disabling audit, see Business Administrator Help and Installation Manager Help. |
This tab lists the Categories created for the Shift Object. From this tab, you can categorize the Shift by selecting one or more Categories.
This tab lists the Leads associated with the Shift. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Lead in the Lead window. For information about the Properties displayed in this tab, see “ Lead Tabs and Properties”.
This tab lists the Enrollments associated with the Shift. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Enrollment in the Enrollment window. For information about the Properties displayed in this tab, see “ Enrollment Tabs and Properties”.
This tab lists the Contacts associated with the Shift. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Contact in the Contact window. For information about the Properties displayed in this tab, see “ Contact Tabs and Properties”.
