An Academic Progress item provides details of a student's academic information that is imported from an external Student Information system.
The Academic Progress object window contains the following tabs:
This tab contains system and custom Properties created for the Document Status Type Object. The following table describes these Properties:

Student Detail | |||
Transfer Student |
Indicates whether the student has come into the system as a result of a transfer from another university or a different campus. |

International Student |
Indicates whether the student is an international student. |
|

Link to Contact |
Provides a link to the contact record associated with the student. |

Program Information | |||
Start Term |
The term when the student was enrolled into the program. |
|
|
Current Term |
The term that the student currently is, in the program. |
|

Program/Major |
The associated program or major. |
|
|
Education Level |
The educational level pursued by the student in the program. |

Financial Indicators | |||
First Generation |
Indicates whether the student is the first of their generation to attend college. |
|

ISIR on File |
Indicates whether the university has received the corresponding Institutional Student Information Record (ISIR) for the student. Details in this document are used in determining and awarding the financial aid. |

Applied for Financial Aid |
Indicates whether the student has requested and applied for financial aid. |
|
|
Chosen for Verification |
Indicates whether the student's financial aid application request has been chosen for verification. |
|
|
Completed Verification |
Indicates the status of the application verification. |
|
|
SAP Status |
The SAP status of the student application for financial aid. Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) is used to define successful completion of coursework to maintain eligibility for student financial aid. |

Low EFC |
Indicates whether the student has a low EFC value. Expected Family Contribution (EFC) is a value used by the university to calculate how much financial aid the student is eligible to receive. |

Attendance Type |
Indicates whether the student has a full-time or part-time enrollment in the program. |
|

Low Attendance |
Indicates whether the student has low attendance. |
|
|
Mid-term Deficiency |
Indicates whether the student attendance was low in the mid-term period of the program. |
|
|
In Class But Not Enrolled |
Indicates whether the student has attended classes for a program, but has not enrolled for it. |

Low GPA |
Indicates whether the student has a low GPA score. |
|
|
Low Credits Earned |
Indicates whether the student has earned low credits in the program. |
|
|
Major |
Displays whether it is a declared or undeclared major. |

Scholarship Codes |
Displays the corresponding scholarship codes. |

|
Credit Load |
This is a numeric field and displays the required credit load. |

ID Card Usage |

Dining Services |
This is a numeric field and provides information on the student's usage of the dining area and services. |

Library |
This is a numeric field and provides information on the student's library visits. |

Resident Hall |
This is a numeric field and provides information on the student's usage of the resident hall area. |

Computer Lab |
This is a numeric field and provides information on the student's usage of the computer lab. |

Employment Information |

Employed |
Indicates whether the student is employed. |
|
|
Employment Type |
Displays the student's employment type. The value can be Off Campus or On Campus. |

Hours Per Week |
Provides information on the hours per week that the student is working. |

Other Indicators | |||
Residence |
Indicates the residence status of the student. The possible values are Dorm and Non-Dorm. |
|

Athlete |
Indicates whether the student is an athlete. |
|
|
Name of Sport |
This is a text field that provides information on the sports that the student pursues. |

Transcript Request Form |
Indicates whether the transcript request form is submitted. |

This tab lists the actions performed on the Academic Progress item. To specify the events to be displayed in this tab, select Options from the Tools menu. In the Options dialog box, set the required Academic Progress event options from the Events tab.
