Course History Tabs and Properties
Course History Tabs and Properties
A Course History item indicates the details of a document sent to, or requested from, a student by an institution for processing the student's record. For example, Required, On File, and so on.
The Course History object window contains the following tabs:
This tab contains system and properties created for the Course History object. The following table describes these properties:

Course History Name* |
The course history item name. |

Owner |
The owner of the item. Typically, when CampusNeuxs CRM is integrated with an SIS, the value of this field is None. |

The date and time when the record was created. |

Last Updated |
The date and time when the record was last updated. |

Cannot be edited or deleted |
|
Link to Academic Progress |
Displays the Academic Progress record that is associated with the item. |

Link to Contact |
Displays the contact record associated with the student. |

Course Details |

Course Code |
This is a free text field and displays the code associated with the course history. |
|
|
|
Subject |
This is a free text field and displays the name of the subject associated with the course. |
|
|
|
Course Title |
Displays the course title. |
|
|
|
Faculty Name |
Displays the name of the faculty member associated with the course. |
|
|
|
Status |
Displays the student status for the course. The values can be one of the following: • Registered • In Progress • Completed |

Catalog Number |
The date after which the institution will not consider processing the document. |
|
|
|
Section |
The user that created or set up the document for the student. |
|
|
|
Delivery Method |
Indicates the course delivery method. Possible values are the following: • Online • Classroom |
|

|
Credits Attempted |
This is a numeric field and indicates the number of credits attempted by the student on the course. |
|
|
|
Credits Earned |
This is a numeric field and indicates the number of credits earned by the student on this course. |

|
Start Date |
Indicates the course start date. |
|
|
|
End Date |
Indicates the course end date. |
|
|
|
Grade |
|
|
|
|
Grade Points |
This is a numeric field and indicates the total grade points earned on the course. |
|
|
This tab lists the actions performed on the Course History item. To specify the events to be displayed in this tab, select Options from the Tools menu. In the Options dialog box, set the required Document Status event options from the Events tab.
